Board of Housing, Buildings and Construction
The Board of Housing, Buildings and Construction was created by KRS 198B.020. The Board consists of 20 members selected and appointed by the governor. Except for the executive director of the office, the commissioner of Health Services, the executive director of the Kentucky Housing Corporation and the attorney general, all others will serve a four-year term.
